Cartridge Micro-filtration
Mechanical cartridge filtration is a robust and economical solution for smaller scale water filtration. Ideal as a protection pre-filtration for expensive treatment systems and equipment.
GARD System
With this highly versatile modular system, filters can be combined into multiple configurations (parallel, series, series-parallel etc) to suit any application. Utilising a strainer filter at the inlet followed by a selection of elements ranging from 80 microns down to 1 micron levels of filtration. Filter cartridges are available in food-grade polypropylene for removing suspended solids in food and beverage applicatons. Crystal phosphate cartridges are available for corrosion prevention and activated carbon cartridges for the absorption of organics and colour removal.
FGX3
This filter utilises a quick release clamp system for fast change-out of cartridges. Filters are housed in an AISI 316 stainless steel enclosure with 1.5”, 2.5” and 3” UNI 338 threaded inlet/outlet connections. This innovative construction makes the FGX3 robust and economical. Able to treat flows of up to 45 m³/hr the FGX3 series of filters is available with a wide range of filter pore sizes to filter particles from 1 to 5 or 20 microns. It is also flexible enough to allow multiple cartridge lengths to be installed. With a small foot print the filter can be floor mounted with a tripod support for simple floor installation.
